REGIONAL TECH COMPLEX (RTC) – RENOVATION

Atura worked with Oelwein Community Schools on a multi-phases, district-wide project that included renovations and/or additions to five buildings. The engineering and manufacturing center or RTC was completed in May of 2017. With the structure in place a goal to provide a multi-use facility that could inspire, empower, and adapt over time for student and community use. Spaces include a large manufacturing area, office, restrooms, conference room, & three multi-use STEM rooms that vary in use from robotics to engraving. Due to the high volume of use from the local community and area businesses, a future expansion has been considered for additional production space.
Technologies Include Welding, CNC engraving, CNC Plasma, Tool & Die, Metalworking, 3D printing, Robotics, Graphic Technologies.
