Austin has always had a passion for working and competing in team environments. The design process of a structure is no different. In his role, Austin works side by side with the designers and clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. By being involved from the beginning, he oversees and helps the team with any graphic design content and promotional imagery needed for fundraising, bond assistance, community buy in, and post construction photography.

We now have an open and creative environment that allows us all to work collectively.
